Have you ever laughed so hard you couldn’t breath or your stomach hurt?  I have and it really is the best medicine!  For five days I gathered with some girlfriends over a long weekend.  While we worked on some projects we laughed to hard and so many times, it still brings a smile to my face.  I cannot remember what was so funny but I can easily remember the experience.

Dictionary.com defines a laughter as follows: 1. the action or sound of laughing2. an inner quality, mood, disposition, etc.  3. an expression or appearance of merriment or amusement.

While anyone can produce laughter, the true makings of laughter is internally encompassing as well as physically displayed.  Our face curves in a smile, there may be a verbal giggle, we may may feel our stomach contract.  And best of all our disposition is lightened.

So as often as possible put yourself in an environment that can bring about laughter.  It is good for your soul.  It is good for your mood.  And you will enjoy the effect!

May your path be filled with laughter!
